• Lead facilities operations at a respected college campus in a large, complex university environment

• Direct facilities maintenance, grounds and custodial
• Managing the preventative maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utilities
• Overseeing major construction and renovation projects
• Leading and developing a team of skilled trades, managers, and support staff
• Ensuring budget accuracy and financial oversight of campus facilities
• Implementing strategic process improvements and campus master plan initiatives
• Directing commercial snow removal operations to maintain campus safety

• Be able to do the job as described.
• 5 years of director-level experience in fully integrated facilities management within a large university setting
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical expertise with hands-on experience
• Proven experience in commercial snow management and snowplowing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
