Front Desk Manager

SCHEDULE IS MON-THURS 10:30-7 and SAT 9-3 (FRI, SUN off)
Front Office Manager key attributes:
· Hyper-organized and detail-oriented
· Technology savvy, comfortable with managing multiple computer systems
· Outgoing and friendly, at ease with children and teenagers
Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions
· Ensure that student schedules are maintained accurately and consistently in multiple systems with input from directors.
· Coordinate teacher availability, teacher scheduling and time off requests.
· Publish the weekly schedule.
· Assist with general administrative duties such as grading tests, maintaining orderly files, and assisting directors with projects as required.
Customer Service
· Front desk and phone coverage. Greet students and parents as they enter the Center.
· Receive walk-in inquiries and respond to questions about our services, scheduling tests, and engaging directors in follow-up as needed.
· Conduct new student intakes and Academic Evaluations and maintain a high level of customer service during these first impressions of Huntington.
· Coordinate with other staff as needed to solve problems and answer questions.
· Design student success story posters for display in our front window.
Hours
This is a full-time, exempt position and comes with company-subsidized medical insurance. We also have a 401k plan with matching, subject to eligibility requirements. Hours will include regular weekend and evening shifts. Paid vacation and training are also included. SCHEDULE IS MON-THURS 12-8 (2 early days) and SAT 9-2 (FRI, SUN off)
