What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Host position at Hyatt Place Lake Mary Orlando North?
Overview: The Front Desk Host delivers service excellence to all our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for processing check-ins and check outs, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues with complying with Hyatt Place standards, policies and procedures. Your pay package will include a combination of base pay, tips AND performance bonus paid quarterly.
Performance Expectations:
Assist guests with check in and check out processes.
Coordinate all guest requests and go above and beyond if possible.
Inform guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
Prepare and provide alcoholic beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Follow the hotels rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies.
Cancel room reservations according to hotel policy.
Follow all safety procedures while working.

Qualifications
All candidates need prior Hotel or Customer Service experience . PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT PRIOR GUEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
General Requirements:
Able to work most weekends and holidays if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
