Job Description
Do you have call center or customer service experience and an interest in insurance? If so, our Client Experience team may be a great fit!
Here’s why: our Customer Service Reps provide excellent service by taking inbound calls from policyholders/customers regarding their policy. We also communicate via chat and email. You'll share your knowledge of our policy coverages with the customer and research any questions they have. You’ll record all information in our administration system, Life Comm.
How we’ll support you: Our trainers will teach you the admin system, and our life insurance policies. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, PTO wellness days & wellness allowance, 401K plan with match, opportunities for advancement, bonus eligibility, and more!
The details: You'll work Monday – Friday 8-4:45 PM. Our office is the ALICO building.
Who you are: a customer service professional with at least two years of experience, who enjoys solving problems. You have a high school diploma or GED. You have the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
