The salary range for this role is $55,374 to $73,290.This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Key Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, including Field Marketing Advisory Services managers, copywriters, developers, designers and agency partners to support hotel website content development and implementation.
- Review and implement content developed by external partners in Content Management Systems, and create, activate and maintain content in an Enterprise Content Management System.
- Ensure quality standards are met and brand tone of voice is applied correctly.
- Manage intake of content requests and execute updates to content and photography on hotel websites. Light copywriting will be required.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-value search phrases driving qualified traffic, and optimize on-page elements such as title tags and meta descriptions on hotel websites.
- Consistently audit and optimize hotel content in Adobe Experience Manager
- Manage DAM (Digital Asset Management) assets including images, PDF files, and videos.
- Manage translation requests with external agency
- Build and analyze reports to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve content marketing strategy and tactics.
- Maintain & track daily tasks and status updates according to IHG processes and support the development of process enhancements.
- Support prioritized projects adhering to project timelines.
- Meet deadlines and provide follow-ups as needed.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, Smartsheets and other project management tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or Commerce or related disciplines
- Additional studies and courses desirable i.e. SEO, Project Management, Revenue Management, Hospitality, Distribution, Marketing, etc.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including website content management, field marketing, channel management, and SEO.
- Additional language skills preferred.
- Travel and/or Hotel Industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Understanding of hotel industry and digital marketing.
- Knowledge across a wide area of digital content marketing disciplines.
- Familiar with digital marketing best practices, trends, and tools.
- General knowledge of SEO strategy and localization.
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise content management system. Experience working with AEM Touch UI templates a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and data analysis skills, including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies.
- Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
