- Ensure the ongoing health and growth of clients and client portfolio.
- Think beyond the day-to-day and adopt a long-term, strategic, growth-oriented mindset in order to develop longterm opportunities and client relationships
- Consult with clients/prospects to understand their current and emerging needs
- Collaborate with clients to create strategy, vision, and direction of account and communicate this strategy,
- Manage client relationships by providing actionable strategic thinking, building mutual trust and paving the way
- Provide clear, decisive, and thoughtful direction on individual projects. Clearly communicate client goals and
- Lead new business pitches and project opportunities
- Oversee the workflow for designated pitches/projects and communication with the clients on key issues
- Assess operations to ensure that the right processes are in place, and right people are assigned to clients
- Develop growth strategies, account plans, and pricing strategies
- Contribute to the formation of resource plans, scopes of work, and contractual agreements as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that agreed upon scope and fee align with and will work with overall Account Team
- Ensures resources are used efficiently at the right time and help internal departments plan for what’s ahead
- Develop a deep financial understanding of your clients, and manage overall account financials
- Drafts and negotiates contracts and remuneration deals, and is responsible for getting the maximum revenue
- Collaborate with vendors and partners as needed
- Provide timely, honest feedback and coaching in order to continuously develop capabilities of account team
- Identify opportunities for professional development of AS/AE/AC and other internal team members
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade, as well as define strategy and
- Ultimate client satisfaction mentality and approach

Mandatory Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university required or commensurate experience
- 7-10 years of work experience in account services
