What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Concierge position at IMMANUEL LIVING?
Purpose: To provide concierge for Immanuel Living, including regular patrol of the building and grounds. Part time, evening and weekend shifts available, 4pm - 12am and 12am - 8am.

Job Duties:
Patrol the building and grounds, to include a minimum of two (2) exterior rounds of the Facility per shift
Check carport areas for signs of theft to resident vehicles and make sure no one has attempted to break into the garage and outside mechanical rooms or boiler room
Check exit doors to make sure they are latched and locked
inspect all stairways and elevators Open and inspect all areas (spa, laundries, mechanical rooms, etc.)
