The background of the successful candidates must include the following:
- A related four year degree and four years of experience managing the quality function in a manufacturing environment (will consider candidates without a degree with ten years of experience managing the quality function in a manufacturing environment)
- Five years of CMM experience
- Five years of QMS experience
- Five years of experience conducting ISO quality audits
- A residence within a 40 minute drive
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
