Impressions Online Boutique is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our marketing (aka ‘Creative’) team and office functions. This role is pivotal in handling standard day-to-day business management as well as overseeing the creative team and their efforts to drive sales and profitability through innovative marketing strategies and creative initiatives.
As Manager you will be responsible for leading a department that can execute visual marketing solutions across both digital platforms as well as (possibly) traditional channels. Managing the company's overall marketing strategy and controlling the advertising budget.
The ideal candidate has strong business management skills and experience, affinity to our existing brand, and is proficient conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize brand impact.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Work with other business management to oversee day-to-day business operations
- Manage all associates within the creative team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Foster a positive and efficient team environment, promoting organization and effective time management
- Manage creation and planning advertising/marketing strategies on all current and relevant social media platforms to increase sales and profitability
- Execute timely ad plans to maximize impact of product launches, new arrivals, sales, and other initiatives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on company vision and goals
- Stay current with marketing, social media, and fashion trends relevant to our industry, continuously integrating new insights into our creative efforts
- Maintain brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Manage all relevant SEO content creation and revisions on the company’s website
- Stay current with latest industry and marketing social media trends and SEO best practices
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years management experience, managing a business or business unit with multiple direct reports
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies is essential
- Passion/experience for women's fashion and current Impressions brand is essential
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive, energetic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in social media platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a keen understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
- Creative mindset, critical thinker, problem-solver, self-starter
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, manage and lead a team
