Job Title: Investor Relations Associate
Location: Remote (HQ: York, PA)
Reports to: Chief Investment Officer

Role Overview:
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our investors. You will provide transparent and timely communication regarding investment details, then performance and opportunities, supporting the overall growth and success of our real estate investment endeavors. This role involves seeking out and setting up meetings with potential new investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Meet and build rapport with inbound leads interested in our offering. Understanding, addressing, and helping those leads understand our offering in its entirety and how it fits into their investment goals.
- Presentations and Pitches: Deliver presentations and pitches to potential investors, targeting 30 appointments per month. Focus on getting to know our investors on a personal level, then present materials that effectively communicate our mission and business plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Investor Relations. Provide and receive feedback to ensure seamless investor onboarding, follow-ups, and updates.
- Reporting and Feedback: Report to the Partner and Managing Director of Investor Relations. Your success will be measured by several KPIs which measure the impact you will have with our prospective and existing investors. Contingent bonus and promotions available upon meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with investors and build trust-based relationships.
- Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements governing investor relations and tax reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation software.
Pay: $78,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (Preferred)
Work Environment
This is a remote position; however, initial training will require travel to our headquarters in [York, PA]. Travel expenses will be covered/reimbursed.
