About This Opportunity
The Fraud Administrative Assistant helps support the Fraud Department in their daily operations and should have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. You are required to learn various functions within the Fraud Department to help support the updating and completion of customer claims. Strong data entry skills are needed and the ability to stay on top of reporting needs of our partner associations. The Fraud Admin job requires excellent phone skills and be able to speak to customers of InComm daily. The role is affected by peak season volumes and overtime maybe required during the holiday season. A strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications is a must. Independent work ethic is needed due to the small size of the admin team.
Responsibilities
- Managing the VISA, Mastercard, AMEX fraudulent transactions back to the networks
- This position is also key in providing several key “data entry” requirements related to several functions and oversight in the Fraud & Risk Department (Replacement Cards, Refund Checks, Merchant/Retailer Request, etc.).
- The Administrative Assistant will support and manage the manager’s meeting and travel arrangements, correspondence, reporting, etc.
- Provides administrative correspondence to partners for their customer claims
- Monitor and manage the Consumer email inbox.
- Update customer claims with packets information for fraud team to analyze
- File and maintain an organized filing system.
- Mail letters to Consumers with the resolution of the customer inquiries.
- This position will sit onsite in our Columbus, GA office
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting management
- Ability to multi-task
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Manage and maintain correspondence with partners on their customer inquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills and tact
- Strong software skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
- Type minimum 55 wpm
- Good phone skills
- Associate degree or commensurate experience supporting management
