We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with medical staff if applicable, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in an office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and professional.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
