WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Application Engineers are the critical interface between system engineering and customer satisfaction. Overseeing the physical implementation of iEnet's state-of-the-art solutions and by building relationships with our industry leading customers.
The candidate will have solid experience in hands-on engineering. You will have implemented a variety of technological solutions for major customers and successfully supported projects from beginning to end.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IENET APPLICATION ENGINEER :
- Work on many phases of project lifecycle, from design through project commissioning.
- Implement hardware and software solutions at customer sites in North America.
- Contribute to driving projects to completion through hands-on approach.
- Participate in R&D tasks, product testing, and system validation prior to installation.
- Build a strong knowledge base related to iEnet's unique technical solutions.
- Applies experience, judgement, and discretion to solve unique problems.
- Cultivation of strong working relationships, both internal and external.
- On-site contractor and customer training, as needed.
- Quickly troubleshoot to resolve issues.
