Summary/Objective
The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to following general topics: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment and payroll functions.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, with good interpersonal skills, capable of relating to individuals at all levels of the organization. The HR generalist must be capable of appropriately balancing corporate and employee needs, while maintaining employee goodwill to the greatest extent possible.

Pay: $57,621.00 - $60,883.00 per year
