AJO Admin Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
• Manage and query data using strong SQL skills, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for campaigns
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and known issues
• Handle incidents related to AJO admin activities, including user access management and channel issues such as Email, SMS, Push notification etc.
• Monitor the platform daily, report any issues identified, analyze them, and fix them within agreed SLAs
Requirements:
• Proficiency in AJO or similar marketing automation platforms
• Strong SQL skills and ability to manage and query data
• Good understanding of personalization fields within communication templates
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP and Adobe Campaign is a plus
