Job Details
Role: Workday HR Project Manager
Location: Providence, RI Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills:
5 years of project management and analytical work, such as program, economic, data, or policy analysis.
Full-time availability (minimum of 40 hrs./week).
Preferable
The individual would have a background in human resources management.
Responsibilities/ Scope:
- Facilitate supporting tasks and activities for Division day-to-day operations and ERP project, including:
- Attending meetings and tracking associated action items to ensure progress on projects/activities;
- Analysis and research of complex and critical issues impacting the Division;
- Prepare materials, such as presentations to key stakeholder groups, training materials, frequently asked questions documents, and flow charts, to aid the Division in the implementation the ERP project externally and internally
- Writing policy and position memos, technical reports, running data analytics to support division operations or inform decision for the ERP implementation; and
- Identifying issues that necessitate intervention and remediation and to ensure any associated tasks/deliverables are monitored and completed on time.
