We are looking for a Front Desk Agent/Manager on Duty (Supervisor) to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and assisting guests with Concierge requests (dining reservations/recommendations, directions, tours, transportation, amenities, etc).
As the Manager on Duty, you would work as a direct extension of Inn at the Market management overseeing the hotel when the Front Office Manager is not on property.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry or other customer facing industries, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests while working in a fast-paced environment in the heart of Seattle at Pike Place Market!
