Market Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure Area Supervisors maintain consistent communication with clients and employees. The Area Manager will proactively check in with clients to ensure service delivery meets expectations and provide support and guidance to Area Supervisors when needed.
- Responsible for developing and guiding the recruiting strategy, ensuring execution by the Area Supervisors and recruiters. This includes defining hiring priorities, improving talent pipelines, and aligning recruitment efforts with client demands.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, hotel requirements, and staffing procedures. The Area Manager will guide Area Supervisors on how to enforce compliance and ensure that policies are executed correctly.
- Oversee the execution of policies, processes, and deadlines by the operations team. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with department heads to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotel managers, proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Handle employee performance issues, apply corrective actions, and ensure that policies are followed consistently.
- Ensure that Area Supervisors and other operational team members follow payroll procedures and meet deadlines so the payroll department can execute on time.
- Commit to Excellence, be available 24/7 for urgent matters and work weekends or holidays when needed to support business demands.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
- Background in staffing, hospitality, or operational management with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Ability to enforce policies, resolve conflicts, and ensure employees meet performance expectations.
- Experience working with hotels and/or staffing operations.
- Ability to handle client requests, push backs, and find solutions to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
