Human Resources Business Partner

HR Business Partner (HRBP)-Lockhart, Texas

We're looking for an HR Business Partner who will be the backbone of our people operations. You'll bridge the gap between business strategy and employee success, working closely with leadership to create an environment where our teams can thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Drive HR excellence across our Western USA operations, from talent acquisition to employee relations
• Lead the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
• Manage bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate time tracking
• Handle sensitive matters including ADA/FMLA requests, investigations, and employee relations
• Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Implement and maintain HR initiatives that support our growth and culture
• Process payroll and maintain HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) accuracy

What You'll Bring:

• Either a Bachelor's degree in HR (or related field) with 5 years of HR experience, or 7 years of direct HR experience
• Professional HR certification
• Deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws
• Strong background in talent management and organizational development
• Sharp business acumen and consulting mindset
• Excellence in time management and independent problem-solving
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
