Manufacturing Scheduler

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Monitors incoming Archer Value Stream based production orders and releases in a timely manner, taking into account department capacity
• Determines if a production order needs to be rescheduled, consolidated or moved and updates lead time before releasing
• Works with Customer Care, Order Processing Specialists, Finance, and Manufacturing management or designates to make determinations of above
• Ensures alignment of production orders/schedule within the Archer Value Stream to hit On Time Delivery
• Assists in monitoring overall turnaround time metrics for Archer Value Stream based make to order and make to stock products
• Other duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, manufacturing or similar field preferred. 
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite of productivity applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent math skills, strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred or 5 years of IDT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess processes and identify gaps for improvement or efficiency gains

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 67,300 - 80,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
