The Role: ISC has strong growth aspirations in the North American market and is seeking the right Sales Professional to help develop and execute our sales strategies. The successful applicant will work closely with the Sales Director on the development of market strategies for industries including Corrections, Utilities, Aviation and Defence. The successful applicant with have ownership and autonomy in the execution of corresponding sales strategies in these markets. Currently the territory covers North America and some areas of Canada, however focus is placed on geographical areas of most opportunity including leveraging our existing presence in Southeastern United States and the Great Lakes, whilst developing key new business opportunities in the West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage existing large scale Key Accounts with regular meetings and client maintenance.
- Develop a sales strategy and build a sales pipeline for existing accounts.
- Undertake Business Development activities to identify new opportunities with new customers and in new markets.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Director on the development and execution of these initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal Sales, Operational and Administration functions in the delivery of sales and project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of initiatives in the CRM and SharePoint.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
What we’re looking for:
A Sales Professional with:
- Experience in managing large scale Key Accounts and long-term relationship management.
- Experience in developing a sales strategy and building a sales pipeline.
- Experience in executing the sales pipeline.
- Ability to undertake Business Development activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ability to work with the Sales Director in the development and execution of sales initiatives.
- A background in electronics and/or security technology is a strong advantage.

Remuneration:
- Competitive base salary plus comprehensive bonus structure tied to performance.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
