Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Led a migration team composed of ITSM supporters and a technical migration team lead.
Provide guidance, coordination, and support to ensure successful project execution.
Project Management:
Planned, coordinated, and executed the Windows 11 migration project for Novonesis in the Americas.
Oversee end-to-end migration processes, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
Global Collaboration:
Report regularly to the Lead Migration Project Manager based at Novonesis' headquarters in Denmark.
Work closely with a group of deputy project managers overseeing similar migrations worldwide.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct frequent weekly check-ins with the Lead Migration Project Manager to align progress, challenges, and updates.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address project needs.
Implementation of Methodologies:
Utilize and implement tested methodologies designed by the program, ensuring consistency across all migration activities.
Provide feedback on methodologies to improve processes for future projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in leading IT migration projects, preferably within enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
