Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with office management duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Attend networking events and meet with potential referral sources to discuss collaboration.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication purposes.
Skills
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Proficient in office management practices to maintain an organized workspace.
- Effective phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
