Position Overview:
The UX/HCD Expert will drive user-centric design strategies to enhance digital services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Conduct and synthesize user and stakeholder research and develop insights to inform the design, priority, and development of solutions.
- Incorporate user-centered design into agile development sprints, coordinating with the cross-functional team to achieve the strategic vision.
- Develop content governance and a content strategy to plan, create, and deliver content that is clear, accessible, and serves the needs and goals of the users and organization.
- Develop information architecture to organize and structure complex information to help diverse users easily find what they need.
- Ensure solutions are designed to serve a diverse user population and a wide range of people, devices, and access needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design system components.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement UX best practices.
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with Section 508.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in UX/UI design and user research.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of Agile development.
