We are looking for customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solvers for a number of Parking Enforcement positions at our parking facilities throughout downtown Milwaukee.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Travel throughout the downtown Milwaukee area responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
- Identify and cite parking violators.
- Track and record violations recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
- Audit monthly parking users by location.
- Communicate with the Milwaukee Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Comfortable with using new technology.
- Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision as required.
- Ability to work outside year-round.
- Valid driver’s license, three years licensed driving experience, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.
