Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Counsel to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent company in negotiations and court proceedings as necessary.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of California.
- Strong background in legal administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in client representation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
