Job Description

Job summary:

Join our team as a Summer HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in talent management, early careers, HR digital transformation and global HR projects. You'll work closely with our Talent and HR Digital Teams on key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Team Support: Assist the team working on performance management and leadership development programs
  • Early Careers Program: Help plan and execute our Early Careers orientation week and other engagement activities
  • HR Digital Transformation: Support ongoing projects as we work to automate, simplify and leverage AI to improve current processes and the employee experience
  • Project Support: Contribute to project management activities including planning, managing deliverables, communications and change management activities

Experience you bring:
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Interest in HR, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail,
  • Ability to work in a team environment; collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
