We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client, a financial services firm, for a 1-year contract position. This position will support hiring efforts across multiple specialized verticals, including legal, sales, IT, Cybersecurity and more. In this project-based position, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.

Location: Remote in the US, working CST hours

This Job Pays about $50-55/hr on a W2 basis plus benefits

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct thorough intake calls, ensuring a deep understanding of role requirements, team culture, and business objectives.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using advanced recruiting techniques across diverse talent pools and professional networks.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and facilitating feedback loops.
• Employ strategic sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit for each role.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights on the talent market and providing guidance on candidate evaluation.
• Maintain detailed records and track recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with hiring goals.

What Gets You The Job:

• 3 years of recruiting experience in various business and technical functions
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with experience in behavioral and technical interview techniques.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in specialized verticals, particularly in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience working independently as a contractor or in a project-based role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
