ISI® Elite Training is an emerging fitness franchise concept currently open, developing, and franchising nationally. Our vision over the next 5 years is to have 400 locations in 40 states with over 80,000 members.
ISI® Elite Training – Walnut Creek is currently seeking a high performing Facility Manager to be a leader for our location in Walnut Creek, CA. The Facility Manager oversees the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drives facility membership growth goals.
You will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility, building relationships with members and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.

Sounds like you? Then you may be exactly who we are looking for. Here are some of the responsibilities of a Facility Manager:
- Manage all aspects of the ISI® sales staff. Hire, train and certify sales leaders.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Performance Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
- Hold all team members accountable to ISI® Elite Training brand standards
- Maintain a safe, fun, and clean facility
- Execution and management of the ISI® sales process for membership and retail.
- Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI® members
- Manage and participate in marketing and other facility events
- Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals
- Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
- Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and management of staff
- Plan and execute the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
- Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is updated on a daily
- Weekly Leadership meeting with Franchise Partner and Head Performance Coach.
What we look for (requirements) in a Facility Manager:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills
- A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of fitness facility
- Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
- Experience with a Franchise brand in boutique fitness highly preferred.
- The Facility Manager must attend IRON U Training conducted at corporate office within 60 days of starting.
- Practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
- Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
- Can perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
- Have the flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, as needed
- Can commit to participating in 2-3 ISI® workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI® training programs
- Fitness certification (e.g. ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA) a plus.
- Experience managing social media campaigns a plus.
