What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at IWM Consulting Group, LLC?
This is an hourly full-time, 32 hours a week, position Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Candidate must be able to work 4 - 8 hour shifts with Wednesdays off. If need arises there may be occasional need to work Wednesdays. Candidate must be able to pass a thorough drug screen and background check. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
Education/Experience: To be considered for this position a candidate must have the following:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience working with the public
- Experience in an office environment
- Customer service experience
- Experience with accounting is a plus, but not required
- Past data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years of age
Interpersonal Skills/Characteristics:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to learn/use different types of office equipment (Copier, Phones, etc)
- Ability to learn quickly and become adaptable
- Ability to learn different types of software
- Ability to prioritize and manage schedules

- Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills while performing essential job duties

- Ajera experience is a PLUS but is not a requirement
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and route all incoming calls
- Greet guests, clients, vendors
- Oversee interior and exterior building and ground maintenance
- Promote and maintain a neat and professional environment
- Assist and direct employees, as needed
- Maintain inventory of office and field supplies
- Open/distribute mail
- Data entry of all vendor invoices, expenses, and daily work reports
- Prepare work in progress reports, billing reports and client invoices
- Format, finalize, print and bind reports
- Fort Wayne office client billing
- Client collections
- Maintain accurate employee, client, and project information
- Order and organize field and office materials
- Assist project managers with daily tasks
- Set up laptops/work stations for new FW Employees
- Set up meetings and conferences/organized lunches
- Maintain office security and protocol (security system, on call)
