We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and keep our office running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain and organize files, contracts, invoices, and project documentation.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and job site visits.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and other business documents as needed.
- Process payroll, invoices, and track expenses.
- Order office supplies and ensure the office environment remains organized.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, quickbooks) and other office software. (preferred )
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
