As a Guest Service Representative or Night Auditor at Jackson Hospitality, your role is essential in delivering a seamless and welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include front office tasks, reservations, guest services, maintaining public areas, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality. Additionally, as a Night Auditor, you will conduct daily audits of hotel systems, reconcile transactions, manage accounting inputs, handle accounts payable/receivable, and prepare hotel systems for the new business day.
Your objective is to enhance guest satisfaction, contribute to revenue growth, and uphold Jackson Hospitality and Brand standards. Effective communication, teamwork, attentiveness, and professionalism are key attributes for success in this role. The ability to work overnight shifts is required for the Night Manager position.
