We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Local Account Manager** to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to grow accounts. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional IT and AI services and ensure that clients' business goals are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- **Account Growth**: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- **Service Delivery**: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project management, and customer support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs.
- **Client Needs Analysis**: Understand client business goals and challenges, and present tailored solutions that add value.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Metrics**: Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team in developing proposals and upselling opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Information Technology**, or a **related field**.
- **2 years of experience** in account management, client services, or sales, preferably in the IT or professional services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- **Proactive and goal-oriented** with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Understanding of **IT solutions**, including cloud services, AI, and data management, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in the **Houston** market is a plus.
