More hours available Spring and Summer versus Fall and Winter. Flexible days Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Four hour minimum per work day. Products demand handcrafting skills. Transferable experience are tasks such as woodworking, metal fabricating, plastic modeling, and textile cutting. Job demands include ability to stand and move between workstations and fine eye/hand coordination. Air conditioned/heated small factory environment. Landscaped industrial park location with employee pavilion.
