Junior Systems Administrator

Responsibilities include managing PC, network, software, and application services, providing Help Desk support, and monitoring LAN/WAN/Wireless networks, servers, and applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent collaboration skills to ensure seamless operations across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for all assigned service tickets.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment.
- Works independently to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain scripts designed to ease system administration tasks and duties.
- Analyze and monitor performance of systems and servers.
- Schedules, installs and tests system software upgrades.
- Administer user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, and other corporate applications as deemed necessary.
- Integrate new applications and technologies into the IT environment.
- Image, configure and update desktops and laptops to company standards.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- 2 years of experience in systems admin and supporting end users
- Demonstrated ability to work on projects/tickets of limited complexity in a support role.
- Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
- CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , and MCSA Certifications preferred.
