The Training and Development Manager is responsible for creating a comprehensive training program to ensure that new hires are properly introduced to the company culture and thoroughly trained on their duties. This includes partnering with Operations and HR Manager to better understand the training and development needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Create and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Develop and deliver training content using various instructional methods, including demonstrations, small group activities, videos, and other methodologies as appropriate.
- Analyze training evaluations to modify and improve existing programs and/or develop new training programs.
