- Must be available on Sundays
- Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
- The Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.
- Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
- We dedicate up to 20% percent of store earnings right back to the Management team every month. The average bonus is $500-$1000 a month on top of your regular pay.
Requirements:
- Delegate Tasks
- Work well in a team environment
- Learn the menu and make sandwiches
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Must have managerial experience.
