We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Permanent LPN. We are offering a generous Sign-on Bonus to the successful candidate. As a Permanent LPN, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medication, taking vitals, and supporting our physicians and nurses in providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication as prescribed by physicians
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Assist physicians and nurses with medical procedures and treatments
• Prepare and maintain patient records and charts
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
