Busy company on the South Shore, located in Rockland looking for an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Administrator. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes while maintaining positive relationships with customers, manners, detailed oriented, accounting experience with the ability to multitask throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Send customer invoices accurately and timely. Sage 100 experience is preferred. Process customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Submit to customers reports of job performance on their sites.
Only qualified individuals should respond. Previous experience in accounts receivable a plus. Strong computer skills/MS Office Pay based on past experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
