Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the main contact for clients and the liaison between customers and printing facility for our niche market of short run magazine publishers. They will also be the direct contact for all internal customers and interdepartmental administrative duties. They will be familiar with the services provided and guide customers through from the time a job is set up through invoicing and more.

Required Skills:

  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, understanding of sentence structure, rules of composition, spelling, and grammar
  • Skilled in communicating through various methods (email, telephone, face to face, virtual etc.)
  • Attentive, with strong comprehension and listening skills, ability to process volumes of information and condense into understandable written instructions
  • Ability to collaborate with in all departments and customers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, along with proficient and accurate data entry
  • Must be able to multitask and switch priorities in a responsive manner within deadline constraints
  • Additional duties/cross training assigned as needed.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in printing is preferred
  • Previous strong customer service experience is required

Work Status:

Full Time
Hours: 40
7:30 am to 4:00 pm plus overtime

JPA is a drug free workplace. This includes THC/Marijuana.

Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
