Joyce is looking for Event Representatives to join our marketing team! You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in upgrading their windows, sunrooms, or baths. Your main job? Get them signed up for a FREE in-home estimate—that’s it!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Engaging with attendees at events, shows, and retail setups
- Starting conversations, building rapport, and identifying homeowners with home improvement needs
- Collecting basic contact info and scheduling their free, no-obligation in-home estimate
- Representing the Joyce brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven—you love to win
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Experience in sales, events, or customer service a plus, but not required
- Base hourly pay commission for every appointment set
- Uncapped earning potential – our top reps consistently earn $30 /hr
