Location: Alabama (Primarily Birmingham area; occasional travel required) Job Overview: Join our team as an Electrical Superintendent and lead multiple projects in agriculture, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. You’ll provide hands-on leadership in the planning, installation, and commissioning of electrical and control systems in both new and existing construction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead crews across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Plan and coordinate material, manpower, and resources. Act as the primary liaison with customers, maintaining strong relationships. Develop schedules, create layout drawings, and oversee material orders and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all safety and project specifications. Conduct system start-ups, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed. Extensive experience in electrical installation, construction processes, and low-voltage systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
