Brick Mason Foreman Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laying bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials to construct walls, arches, and other structures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Brick Mason will work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Brick Mason Foreman Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials according to specifications and blueprints.
- Construct walls, chimneys, and other structures using various masonry techniques.
- Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling and material requirements.
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist in training junior masons or apprentices as needed.
Brick Mason Foreman Skills
- Strong understanding of contract management within the construction industry.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques to manage timelines effectively.
- Ability to build structures that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Brick Mason Foreman Compensation/Benefits:
- $33 to $38/hr BOE
