We are seeking an EDI Coordinator** **to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of electronic data interchange (EDI) for automotive customers and suppliers, as well as integrating EDI data into SAP systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers and suppliers to ensure smooth EDI processes
• Act a point of contact for all EDI-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with staff to correct Schedule Agreements and make Index Changes.
• Work with EDI Specialist to correct ASN related errors within the EDI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure data integrity and timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve EDI-related issues and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with external EDI service providers to ensure compliance with customer and supplier requirements
• Develop and maintain EDI mappings and translations in SAP
• Configure and maintain SAP EDI functionality to meet customer and supplier requirements
• Collaborate with EDI Specialist to ensure seamless integration of EDI data into SAP systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in EDI systems.
• Basic knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., AIAG, VDA)
• Experience with EDI integration
