#701 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Keller Executive Search is in search of a CEO to effectively lead and drive the growth of their client's business. We are seeking a resilient and influential leader who can guarantee continuous innovation and improvement.

Location: Austin, Texas

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic business plan that aligns with the organization's long-term goals and objectives
• Take charge, motivate, and supervise a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Supervise and optimize operations and financial performance to ensure sustainable profitability and growth
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, utilizing your expertise to provide customized solutions that address their unique needs and challenges
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing your network and market insights to establish strategic partnerships and expand our customer base
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and directing the organization's strategic course to stay ahead of competitors
• Represent the company at industry events and forums, highlighting our expertise, enhancing our reputation, and exploring potential collaborations and business prospects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements, upholding the highest standards of governance and transparency
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree is a plus
