What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Key Management?
Key Management is seeking to hire talented individuals to join our growing family! Qualified candidate will be a highly motivated, self starter that's eager to learn while working in a face paced environment. This position will be part time (more details during the interview). Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Benefits are available for all full time employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
*Work closely with the Property Manager and resident to identify and resolve maintenance issues in their homes
*Maintain proper inventory while working within the operating budget
*Repair and make ready apartment homes for new residents
*Maintain curb appeal and amenities
*Repair minor plumbing problems
*Drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair and general building maintenance
*Ability to adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines
*Willingness to work hard and have a good attitude
*Exceptional time management skills
*Emergency On Call
