What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Administrative Assistant position at Keystone Consultants, LLC?

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
  • Anticipate managerial needs to improve productivity.
  • Assist in preparation of client invoices.
  • Assist Accounting Administrator.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable every two weeks.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues monthly.
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
  • Resolve outstanding administrative issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Develop and manage daily paperwork.
  • Ensure efficient client services and provide support to staff.
  • Assist in training staff members and new hires.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor's prefered.
  • Administrative experience is prefered
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
