What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Administrative Assistant position at Keystone Consultants, LLC?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Anticipate managerial needs to improve productivity.
- Assist in preparation of client invoices.
- Assist Accounting Administrator.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable every two weeks.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues monthly.
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
- Resolve outstanding administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
- Develop and manage daily paperwork.
- Ensure efficient client services and provide support to staff.
- Assist in training staff members and new hires.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor's prefered.
- Administrative experience is prefered
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
