- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through educational and interactive activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the daycare is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting isa plus.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and understanding
- First aid certification is a plus
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool staff member to join our team. As a Preschool staff member you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, supervising playtime activities, and promoting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
To excel in this role, it would help if have previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting, but its not neccesary. You should also have a strong understanding of childhood development principles and be able to effectively manage a classroom of young children. Special education knowledge is highly valued but not required. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
