Digital Marketing Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, paid advertising, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, HotJar)
- Strong content creation skills (writing, design, and video editing a plus)
- Develop and execute targeted social media strategies across platforms, ensuring engagement and consistency
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor website analytics, track key metrics, and adjust marketing strategies based on data insights
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital efforts with broader campaign goals
- Hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience
