Role Description
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for supporting our customers by providing solutions to technical product questions related to installation and product performance. In addition, the Technical Product Manager will support the installation team. This role is a combination of supervising and completing technical product tasks.

- Coach mentor and provide development feedback for technical product team.
- Manage and coordinate field service requests.
- Ensure proper backup for the team’s critical job responsibilities.
- Knowledgeable of all brand’s products and appropriate installation assembly processes.
- Provide product support to Customer Service, Sales Rep and Installation teams.
- Participate in problem solving, working with product teams, installation teams, engineering, and manufacturing to achieve rapid responsive solutions.
- Facilitate and support high profile customer product quality complaints, service bulletins and recalls.
- Participate in internal training sessions on product technical and installation assembly.
- Remain current on installation instructions of all brands products.
- Support VE/VA initiatives with the PMO office
- Required to travel to customers’ sites as needed.
